The college was established in July, 2011 with an objective to empower women to face the challenges of the changing scenario of the world. The college was started by Captain Hira Lal Memorial Society that believes that education along lifts, uplifts and overlifts human beings. Without education there is no art, no religion, no culture and no literature. The Bachelor of Social Work was specially started to train the students to dedicate themselves for the social and economic development of the society and contribute to make life better and more beautiful.
